SylvanTrim™ is our Premium, void free, all clear, Finger Jointed Radiata Pine substrate. It is treated with FrameGuard® Total, two times primed with a satin finish using Sherwin-Williams exterior acrylic latex Superpaint primer with Advanced Resin Technology, sanded and buffed with a smooth face, trim product. Backed with a 30 year treated warranty and a 15 year primer warranty. Every piece is smooth, flat, straight and is the top of the line choice for fascia, soffit and rake, decorative columns, corner boards, door and window trim. When it comes to a top of the line quality product, SylvanTrim stands above the competition in the market today.
SylvanTrim™ extends the life of the wood used for exterior trim, siding, door and window components by utilizing the latest technology supplied from Arch Wood Protection. FrameGuard® Total treatment protects the wood against the harmful effects of mold, mildew fungal decay (rot) and termite infestation (including the dreaded Formosan termite) and is backed with a 30 year treated substrate warranty just like the more expensive pressure treated wood products currently available. The advantages of FrameGuard® Total treatment is the protection of the wood in all the important ways without releasing harmful levels of emissions and is a “GreenSpec” environmentally preferred product. SylvanTrim™ is safe, odor free and can be utilized for both interior and exterior applications.
